All equipment supplied by 3B Controls Ltd can be supported and serviced by our team of fully trained Service Engineers.

If your pressure relief valves require repair, we can offer support on site or at our manufacturing facility. Our service team are always available to assist you. We maintain a comprehensive stock of spares and soft goods kit orders are normally processed fast track same day.

Pressure relief valve maintenance frequency

Depending on the severity of the application it is important to at least inspect your PV valves on an annual basis. Areas to look out for are damaged diaphragms, body / seat corrosion, inlet / outlet build up and blockages. If your valve does need inspecting, servicing or re calibrating we recommend contacting us to discuss your requirement, most service kits are held in stock and most full overhauls can be carried out within a day if needed.
